All fighters must agree to these terms before being considered for matchmaking.

1. Ticket Sales

  • 1.1 Minimum Ticket Requirement Fighters based in the UK must sell at least ten (10) tickets. Failure to meet this requirement may result in removal from the fight card.
  • 1.2 Commission on Ticket Sales The Fighter will earn 20% commission on all ticket sales provided a minimum of ten (10) tickets have been sold via the Fighter’s personal ticket link. Commission is not applicable to any Fighter with under ten (10) ticket sales.
  • 1.3 Pay-Per-View Commission Pay-Per-View (PPV) links will be issued closer to the event. Fighters will receive 20% commission on all PPV sales made through their personal link, no minimum number of sales is required.

2. Social Media

  • Add their personal ticket link to their profile bio
  • Pin the official fight poster to the top of their profile
  • Accept any collaboration requests from CWASE
  • Share their ticket link regularly via posts and stories

2.2 Conduct Rules

All questions related to the Fighter’s bout must be directed to the Fighter’s coach who will liaise with CWASE promoters. Only queries relating to social media will be responded to by CWASE social media accounts. All other inquiries must use the email: matt@cagewarriorsacademy.com

If the Fighter must withdraw from his/her bout, they must notify their coach immediately. The Fighter must not announce the withdrawal on social media or contact their opponent directly, this is unprofessional and should be communicated through the correct channels.

3. Weigh-Ins and Fight Day

  • 3.1 Weigh-Ins Fighters must attend the weigh-in on time and be on weight. Failure to arrive on time is unprofessional and disrespectful to your opponent, their team, and the CWASE event staff.
  • 3.2 Medicals, Rules Meeting and Arrival Fighters must attend the medical and rules meeting before the event. If the Fighter’s bout is scheduled later on the card, they must return to the venue at least two (2) hours before their scheduled fight time. Late arrivals may result in bout cancellation.
